With today’s technologies, the nature of social and professional interaction online has become more intersected. The founders of ARTDEX wanted to create an online social and media management platform specific for artists—a place for collectors, artists, art dealers and curators to manage their collections online and uncover connection with like-minded people. And they had a plan. ARTDEX needed a custom cloud-based platform to allow users to create online art galleries, connect with other users, search and discover new artwork—and do it all on the run in an engaging way.

A Custom Digital Product for the Art Scene
Jafton got to work designing the aesthetically advanced frontend and the secure backend of the ARTDEX platform in tandem with its custom iOS app. The app would be the practical solution for users to easily and quickly upload photographs of art to their online gallery, and would unlock full adoption of the platform in the art community.
